Music Road Group Reservations

If you will need hotel accommodations at the Music Road Hotel & Convention Center/Music Road Inn, you may reserve individual rooms online.

A link will be sent to you for online room reservations upon completion of the conference registration.

 

 

For groups (multiple rooms under a single master payment method) please read below for instructions.

The Conference rate for standard hotel rooms is $131 per night (excluding specialty rooms such as Family Suites and Honeymoon Suites).

This special rate applies to reservations at the Music Road Inn only; reservations cannot be accepted at Music Road Hotel at this special rate. All rooms are the same price based on a first-come-first-served policy with exception of a few specialty suites.

 

For multiple rooms under a single payment method:

Organizations wishing to book multiple rooms to be paid by one account should contact Heather Sims – Group Rooms Coordinator at 865-286-1782 (8 am to 5 pm – M-F). She will assist you in every way possible to make sure you meet tax exemption rules, deposits and master payments.

 

*****It is required that if ONE master account will pay for multiple rooms you reserve, and the rooms will have different attendees names, they must be reserved through Ms. Sims. *****

 

IF YOU ARE BOOKING A SINGLE ROOM AND WILL PAY FOR THIS ROOM INDIVIDUALLY, YOU MAY BOOK ON-LINE OR BY CALLING RESERVATIONS DEPARTMENT at (865) 429-7700. Be sure to follow-up your reservation by sending a tax exempt form to the reservations department via fax 865-429-3626.

Music Road Inn Online Reservations

 

Although your organization may be exempt from sales taxes, you will still need to include local the hotel/motel tax in your final total expense.

 

Tax Exempt Policy:
In order for an individual to be exempt from state and local taxes ( 9.75%), a valid Tennessee Department of Revenue Certificate of Tax Exemption must be presented to the hotel at time of check-in. Due to new state regulations, the certificate MUST be dated after July 1, 2007. In addition, payment in full must be made with/by a check from the organization named on the tax exempt document, or by an organization credit card containing the organization’s name matching the tax certificate. Pigeon Forge’s local occupancy tax (2.50% as of 8/1/2011) will be charged for all groups booked and is not exempt.
